All Jamaican Roots products are fulfilled by Printful and shipped directly from their production partners. Processing times may vary based on location and production volume.

Most orders ship within 2 to 7 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Jamaican Roots products are produced on demand, which means we do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong size or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with Printful to resolve the problem.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production.
